Return & Cancellation Policy

48-Hour DOA Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or isn't working, contact our Support Center within 48 hours for an RMA and return pickup. After we receive and inspect the item, we'll send a free replacement or offer a full refund.

Note: Email Invoice, clear photos/videos of the defect and packaging to support@wzatco.com.

7-Day Unconditional Refund

If you don't want your item within 7 days of receipt, you can return it for a refund. Please note:

  • A 7% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Items must be in original, unused, undamaged condition with all accessories.
  • Only for the orders purchased from official website (www.wzatco.com)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, email sales@wzatco.com or call 080-7097-7097 within 48 hours of ordering, before the item has shipped. Payment gateway charges for prepaid orders are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, detail errors, or fraud detection.

10-Day Replacement Policy

A replacement period is available within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • If a genuine issue or manufacturing defect is found, we will arrange for a replacement unit at no extra cost.
  • If no issue is detected and the projector is found to be in proper working condition, the same unit will be returned to the customer. In this case, two-way shipping charges will be applicable.

10-Day Upgrade Policy

An upgrade option is available within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Condition with Issue:

The upgrade option is applicable only if an issue is found in the original unit.

Condition without Issue:

If a customer is not satisfied with the projector’s quality or performance and wishes to upgrade, we offer this option as a resolution.

  • The customer can upgrade to a higher model by paying the price difference between the current model and the desired model.
  • In addition to the price difference, shipping charges will also be applicable and must be paid by the customer.
Note: The replacement/upgradation option is not applicable for Flipkart customers; they must contact Flipkart directly. Any issues with missing parts, damage, or used items received from Amazon/Flipkart must be reported to the respective channel.

What's Covered Under Warranty

Any issues related to the following internal components will be covered under the warranty. Manufacturing defects or functional issues occurring within the warranty period will be eligible for free repair or replacement.

  • Motherboard
  • Focus glass
  • Speaker
  • Rear glass or mirror
  • LED (Lamp)
  • Fan
  • Heating sensor
  • IR sensor

Please ensure that the projector has not been physically damaged, mishandled, or tampered with, as such cases may void the warranty.

Not Covered Under Warranty

Accessories are not returnable or refundable. Damage from normal wear, tear, or customer misuse is not covered. This includes issues caused by improper maintenance or environmental factors.

Dust-Related Issues

Over time, accumulated dust can block ventilation and settle on key components like the LCD, eventually leading to LCD burn or discoloration. This typically occurs when the projector is not cleaned or maintained regularly. Preventive cleaning is essential.

Spots and Patches (Black, White, Brown, Blue)

These often develop when the projector is used for extended periods without proper breaks or cooling intervals. Continuous operation can lead to overheating, which may damage sensitive internal components like the polarizer and LCD panels.

Power Board / No Display Issues

These can also be related to overheating, power surges, or dust accumulation affecting internal components.

Cleaning Charges: Issues caused by dust accumulation are not covered by warranty. Cleaning charges are ₹500.
Exception: No cleaning charges will be applied if the dust issue occurs within 2 months from the date of delivery.

Warranty Exemptions & Notes

Damage from normal wear and tear or customer misuse is not covered. The warranty is void if you:

  • Flash firmware or root the device.
  • Open the body to attempt a fix without consulting us.
  • Modify, remove, or swap parts.
  • Use the device in a way it was not intended for.
  • Continue using the item after a fault occurs, causing more damage.
  • Fail to follow care instructions (e.g., cleaning filters).
  • Use the device in extreme hot, cold, or humid conditions.

How to Request Warranty (Order Related/Return)

  1. A detailed description of the problem, your full order number, and the product model.
  2. Steps you've already taken to resolve the issue.
  3. A clear photo or video of the defect(s) taken in good lighting.
