Wzatco provides a standard warranty on all projectors against manufacturing defects. This covers the repair or replacement of defective parts at no additional cost, subject to the conditions outlined here.
Any issues related to the following internal components will be covered:
Please ensure that the projector has not been physically damaged, mishandled, or tampered with, as such cases may void the warranty.
The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. After the warranty period expires, any repairs or services will be at the customer’s expense.
Accessories are not returnable or refundable. Damage from normal wear, tear, or customer misuse is not covered.
Over time, accumulated dust inside the projector can block ventilation and settle on key components like the LCD, eventually leading to LCD burn or discoloration. This typically occurs when the projector is not cleaned or maintained regularly. Preventive cleaning and proper care are essential to avoid such damage.
These often develop when the projector is used for extended periods without proper breaks or cooling intervals. Continuous operation without rest can lead to overheating, which may damage sensitive internal components such as the polarizer and LCD panels.
Over time, accumulated dust inside the projector can block ventilation and settle on key components like the LCD, eventually leading to LCD burn or discoloration. This typically occurs when the projector is not cleaned or maintained regularly. Preventive cleaning and proper care are essential to avoid such damage.
Damage from power surges, voltage fluctuations, mishandling, or software tampering is not covered. We strongly recommend using a surge protector.
For optimal performance, do not update preloaded apps (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.). Warranty does not cover issues related to non-working apps after an update. App functionality is the user's responsibility.
OTT Support: Please note that we cannot guarantee support for all OTT (Over-The-Top) streaming platforms on all projector models.
Interoperability issues with screen mirroring, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi on certain mobile devices are not covered under warranty.
Regular Maintenance: You are responsible for routine maintenance as outlined in the user manual, including cleaning the air filters and ensuring proper ventilation to prevent overheating.
Proper Usage: Use the projector in a controlled environment, away from extreme temperatures, humidity, or physical impact.
To initiate a claim:
Wzatco will assist in arranging pickup. However, the customer is responsible for paying shipping charges for both pickup (to Wzatco) and return (back to the customer), even if the reported issue is not found upon inspection.
The warranty for accessories (only Remote and Cable) is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase for replacement.
If any damage is found on the accessories, repair or replacement will be chargeable with minimal fees.
A replacement period is available within 10 days from the date of delivery.
An upgrade option is available within 10 days from the date of delivery.
The upgrade option is applicable only if an issue is found in the original unit.
If a customer is not satisfied with the projector’s quality or performance and wishes to upgrade, we offer this option as a resolution.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any repairs by unauthorized parties will void the warranty. Wzatco reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
