WZATCO projectors are built to last. To ensure the longevity of your product, please pay attention to these simple usage points.
Operating Temperature
Use indoors in cool places where the temperature does not exceed 40°C. If the room is warm, ensure enough ventilation and give a 10-15 minute break every hour.
Operating Hours
Use for 2.5 to 3 hours at a continuous stretch only. Afterwards, turn the projector off and give it a pause of 10-15 minutes to prevent LCD burnout from overheating.
Dusty Conditions
Avoid operating in dusty conditions. Clean the filters regularly to prevent clogging, which leads to heating issues. If your environment is dusty, clean the filter more often.
Surge Protection
Our projectors withstand a ±10% voltage fluctuation. In areas with frequent power outages, it is highly recommended to use a surge protector. Warranty does not cover power surge damage.
Kind Note: Wzatco offers a 1-year carry-in service warranty. The customer is requested to visit our service center or courier the defective product. Wzatco will not bear courier charges. We can assist in arranging reverse pickup and/or delivery, but in both cases, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Warranty on Accessories: Accessories included in the package (power adapter, remote, cables, etc.) come with a 1-month warranty. If any of these items stop functioning after this period, a replacement will need to be ordered separately.
