WZATCO MASTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Governing Entity: ZEBLAZE SOLUTIONS LLP Last Updated: July 2026 Legally Binding Contract
Important Notice of Agreement & Applicability

This document applies to all purchases, website usage, digital support ticket creation via help.wzatco.com, and manual physical check-ins at authorized walk-in service centers. Please review carefully before submitting any service requests.

Service Eligibility Notice

Important: Purchases from Unauthorised Sources

We explicitly declare and notify all customers that we are not liable to service products purchased from unauthorised sources. Genuine manufacturer warranty and official repair services are strictly restricted to units bought through our verified online and offline official sales channels.

Purchasing from unauthorized third-party liquidators, unverified online resellers, or peer-to-peer marketplaces voids all eligibility for technical assistance, spare parts support, and warranty claims. Please verify your seller prior to purchase.

1. SCOPE OF CONTRACT, DIGITAL GATEKEEPERS, & WALK-IN POLICY

1.1. Binding Agreement

This Master Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding contract between Zeblaze Solutions LLP ("Wzatco," "The Company," "We," "Us") and the consumer ("Customer," "User," "You").

1.2. The Pre-Ticket Digital Gatekeeper

To access technical support online, you must explicitly select the "Accept" checkbox validating these terms. If you choose not to accept, our portal will not initialize a support ticket.

1.3. The Walk-In Physical Mandate

For retail or service-center walk-in customers who bypass the digital ticketing portal, a physical copy of these Master Terms and Conditions must be manually signed and dated by the customer prior to our technicians receiving, diagnosing, or taking physical custody of the device. Refusal to execute this physical signature will result in an immediate refusal of over-the-counter service.

3. SERVICING OPTICAL TOLERANCES, EXTENSIVE DUST USE, & CLEANING POLICY

3.1. Extensive Usage and Dust Accumulation

In cases where Wzatco projectors have been subjected to extensive real-world usage and accumulate heavy environmental dust, the company explicitly cannot guarantee 100% dust removal or a completely immaculate display overhaul during servicing.

3.2. 99% Restoration Threshold and Normal Behaviour

Wzatco technicians will attempt to clean and restore the optic pathway up to 99%. However, if minor residual dust particles, faint shadows, or tiny white spots remain observed anywhere on the projection screen within the serviced unit, Wzatco will officially rule it under standard, normal product behavior.

3.3. Exclusion of Continued Assistance

Wzatco will not offer further technical support, continuous re-servicing, or replacements for minor residual spots post-cleaning. Such minor cleaning matters can be dealt with by the user through basic self-cleaning routines.

4. BUDGET SEGMENT OPTICS & PERMISSIBLE DEVIATIONS

4.1. Native Entry-Level Constraints

Certain optical performance parameters - including native white dots, minor blurring localized in peripheral or specific parts of the display, glare effects, or subtle light refractions - are typical behaviors of budget electronic optics.

4.2. Permissible Optical Deviations

These parameters are standard across low-end and budget model segments and are explicitly not considered manufacturing defects or hardware failures. An optical layout variance or specification deviation ranging between 2% to 5% is deemed contractually normal and permissible.

4.3. Final Technical Discretion

The Wzatco internal technical engineering team reserves the sole administrative and technical discretion to pass final judgments on whether a budget projector's optics fall within these normal segments or represent actual component faults.

5. HARD REVENUE LIFECYCLE & DECOMMISSIONING DEFENSE

5.1. Decommissioning Support Boundary

Although Wzatco projectors come with a lifetime service repair promise framework, the company officially limits this obligation to a strict period of 2 (two) years from the exact date of decommissioning or End-of-Production (EOP) of the product model line as recorded by the factory, OR 1 (one) year from your authorized retail invoice date, whichever occurs earlier.

5.2. Discretion to Deny Service

In any scenario where the product's model production has stopped from the factory source or specific hardware spares become permanently unavailable over time, Wzatco maintains absolute company discretion to deny servicing or handling these outdated models after the 2-year post-decommissioning window has elapsed.

5.3. Absolute End-of-Life (EOL) Cap

Wzatco bears zero legal, technical, regulatory, or part-stocking obligations for EOL products. Secondary or clearance purchases of vintage items originally manufactured years post-discontinuation from unauthorized sellers are completely excluded from service protection.

6. COMPONENT SERVICE REPLACEMENTS & IMAGE DEVIATIONS

6.1. Optical Component Swaps

During the execution of a repair or overhaul where any optical component is changed, slight deviations in post-service image output parameters may occur.

6.2. Image Variations

These deviations may manifest as minor shifts in raw color reproduction, tint balance, or absolute uniformly distributed brightness.

6.3. Component Match Realities

While newly integrated spare components frequently possess improved baseline parameters, minor structural output deviations happen due to slight technological mismatches with original aged components.

6.4. Finality of Decisions

Wzatco will not entertain any warranty claims, compensation demands, or rework requests based on these minor interactive component shifts.

7. HELPDESK CODE OF CONDUCT & TICKET TERMINATION

7.1. Professional Communications Boundaries

Wzatco maintains an environment of professional safety for all digital agents and technicians.

7.2. Abuse Mitigation

The use of profanity, targeted personal insults, shouting, or clear threats of online extortion will result in the immediate and permanent closure of the active support ticket and account blacklisting.

⛔ ZERO-TOLERANCE CODE:

Defamation, online blackmail threats, or vulgarity directed at helpdesks results in automatic account blacklist and ticket cancellation.

8. MANDATORY GOVERNING LAW & EXCLUSIVE VENUE SELECTION

8.1. Governing Law

This contractual agreement and all subsequent digital or physical service interactions shall be governed solely by the laws of the Government of India.

8.2. Absolute Choice of Forum

The customer explicitly and irrevocably agrees that any legal escalations, consumer court forum filings, statutory tribunal notices, or litigations initiated against Wzatco (Zeblaze Solutions LLP) shall only and exclusively be filed within the competent courts and consumer dispute forums located within Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

⚠️ COURT VENUE MANDATE:

All legal interactions must occur strictly within localized courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Filing out-of-state is an immediate contractual breach.

9. LCD PROJECTION TECHNOLOGY & INHERENT OPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS

By purchasing, operating, or evaluating LCD projectors provided through this website, users acknowledge and agree to the following inherent technological characteristics. These behaviors are standard across all LCD projection technology, do not constitute a manufacturing defect, and are not grounds for warranty claims or returns based on product failure.

9.1. Thermal Pixel Expansion & Micro-Shift

Due to prolonged thermal expansion cycles during operation, microscopic shifts in LCD panel alignment may occur over time, resulting in subtle color fringing at extreme edges.
