This document applies to all purchases, website usage, digital support ticket creation via help.wzatco.com, and manual physical check-ins at authorized walk-in service centers. Please review carefully before submitting any service requests.
This Master Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding contract between Zeblaze Solutions LLP ("Wzatco," "The Company," "We," "Us") and the consumer ("Customer," "User," "You").
To access technical support online, you must explicitly select the "Accept" checkbox validating these terms. If you choose not to accept, our portal will not initialize a support ticket.
For retail or service-center walk-in customers who bypass the digital ticketing portal, a physical copy of these Master Terms and Conditions must be manually signed and dated by the customer prior to our technicians receiving, diagnosing, or taking physical custody of the device. Refusal to execute this physical signature will result in an immediate refusal of over-the-counter service.
This master document incorporates specific sub-policies. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge the brief overviews and agree to abide by the respective fully detailed provisions via their dedicated links:
In cases where Wzatco projectors have been subjected to extensive real-world usage and accumulate heavy environmental dust, the company explicitly cannot guarantee 100% dust removal or a completely immaculate display overhaul during servicing. It is practically and technically impossible to eliminate micro-dust particles from these internalized projection architectures completely as new.
Wzatco technicians will attempt to clean and restore the optic pathway up to 99%. However, if any minor residual dust particles, faint shadows, or tiny white spots remain observed anywhere on the projection screen within the serviced unit, Wzatco will officially rule it under standard, normal product behavior.
Wzatco will not offer further technical support, continuous re-servicing, or replacements for minor residual spots post-cleaning. Such minor cleaning matters can be dealt with by the user through basic self-cleaning routines.
Certain optical performance parameters - including native white dots, minor blurring localized in peripheral or specific parts of the display, glare effects, or subtle light refractions - are typical behaviors of budget electronic optics.
These parameters are standard across low-end and budget model segments and are explicitly not considered manufacturing defects or hardware failures. An optical layout variance or specification deviation ranging between 2% to 5% is deemed contractually normal and permissible.
The Wzatco internal technical engineering team reserves the sole administrative and technical discretion to pass final judgments on whether a budget projector's optics fall within these normal segments or represent actual component faults. Support tickets raised out of subjective performance expectations that exceed a model's native segment specifications will be terminated.
Although Wzatco projectors come with a lifetime service repair promise framework, the company officially limits this obligation to a strict period of 2 (two) years from the exact date of decommissioning or End-of-Production (EOP) of the product model line as recorded by the factory, OR 1 (one) year from your authorized retail invoice date, whichever occurs earlier.
In any scenario where the product's model production has stopped from the factory source or specific hardware spares become permanently unavailable over time, Wzatco maintains absolute company discretion to deny servicing or handling these outdated models after the 2-year post-decommissioning window has elapsed, subject to the non-availability of necessary spares.
Wzatco bears zero legal, technical, regulatory, or part-stocking obligations for EOL products. Secondary or clearance purchases of vintage items originally manufactured years post-discontinuation from unauthorized sellers are completely excluded from service protection. A recent retail receipt on a vintage machine cannot reinstate obsolete manufacturing channels.
During the execution of a repair or overhaul where any optical component (including but not limited to LED light engines, Fresnel glass elements, polarizers, or mainboards) is changed, slight deviations in post-service image output parameters may occur.
These deviations may manifest as minor shifts in raw Color reproduction, Tint balance, or absolute uniformly distributed Brightness. These minor differences are normally unnoticeable to the casual eye and vary depending on the specific component batches deployed.
While newly integrated spare components frequently possess improved baseline parameters (such as elevated brightness outputs compared to worn parts), minor structural output deviations happen due to slight technological mismatches with original aged components (such as older factory LED matrices or original Fresnel positions).
Wzatco will not entertain any warranty claims, compensation demands, or rework requests based on these minor interactive component shifts. The Wzatco internal technical engineering team retains final decision-making power in evaluating all post-repair optical parameter outputs.
Wzatco maintains an environment of professional safety for all digital agents and technicians.
The use of profanity, targeted personal insults, shouting, or clear threats of online extortion (e.g., leveraging threats of harmful consumer bureau complaints or negative review campaigns to bypass diagnostic validation steps) will result in the immediate and permanent closure of the active support ticket. Wzatco reserves the right to cease all out-of-warranty service interactions with non-compliant individuals.
