Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Wzatco. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review the following warranty terms carefully.

Warranty Coverage

Wzatco provides a standard warranty on all projectors against manufacturing defects. This covers the repair or replacement of defective parts at no additional cost, subject to the conditions outlined here.

Warranty Duration

The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. After the warranty period expires, any repairs or services will be at the customer’s expense.

What's Not Covered (Exclusions)

Dust, Operating Conditions & Non-Maintenance: Issues like black/white spots, brown patches, or screen discoloration caused by dust or improper maintenance are not covered. Repairs for these issues will be at the customer's expense.

External Factors: Damage from power surges, voltage fluctuations, mishandling, or software tampering is not covered. We strongly recommend using a surge protector.

OTT Apps and Updates: For optimal performance, do not update preloaded apps (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.). Warranty does not cover issues related to non-working apps after an update. App functionality is the user's responsibility.

Connectivity: Interoperability issues with screen mirroring, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi on certain mobile devices are not covered under warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

Regular Maintenance: You are responsible for routine maintenance as outlined in the user manual, including cleaning the air filters and ensuring proper ventilation to prevent overheating.

Proper Usage: Use the projector in a controlled environment, away from extreme temperatures, humidity, or physical impact.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

  • Visit our official warranty portal: warranty.wzatco.com
  • Contact support at support@wzatco.com.
  • Provide proof of purchase and the serial number.
  • Describe the issue in detail.
  • Follow troubleshooting steps provided by our team.

Shipping Charges

Wzatco will assist in arranging pickup. However, the customer is responsible for paying shipping charges for both pickup (to Wzatco) and return (back to the customer), even if the reported issue is not found upon inspection.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any repairs by unauthorized parties will void the warranty. Wzatco reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
