If your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are not working, it could be due to a software or hardware issue. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the problem:Factory Restore the Product: 

1.     Go to the projector settings.
- Select "Factory Setting."
- Choose "Factory Data Restore."
- This will reset the projector to its original settings and may resolve the issue.

2.     Update the Software:
-Visit wzatco.com.
-Go to the "Download" section.
-Select "Firmware."
-Choose the update for your corresponding product.


Follow the instructions to update the firmware.

If restoring or updating the software doesn't fix the issue, it might be a hardware problem that requires servicing. You can raise a ticket, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
