Wzatco Projector Warranty Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Wzatco Projectors. We are committed
to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please
carefully review the following warranty terms and conditions applicable to
Wzatco Projectors. By purchasing our product, you agree to comply with these
terms.
1. Warranty Coverage
Wzatco provides a standard warranty on all projectors
against manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions outlined below. This
warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts at no additional
cost, except as specified otherwise.
2. Exclusions
The following are specifically excluded from warranty
coverage:
- Dust,
Operating Conditions, and Non-Maintenance: Issues caused by dust
accumulation, improper operating conditions, or failure to perform
necessary maintenance will not be covered under warranty. This includes,
but is not limited to, black or white spots, brown patches, black patches,
or any other screen discoloration resulting from these conditions. If any
of these issues occur, the projector will be repaired at the customer's
expense. Any spare part replacement or service charges associated with
this will be the responsibility of the customer. Wzatco will not be liable
for any charges on the customer's behalf in such cases.
- External
Factors: Damage caused by external factors such as power surges,
voltage fluctuations, mishandling, or tampering with the projector’s
software will not be covered under warranty. To ensure the longevity of
your projector, Wzatco strongly recommends using a power surge protector
to safeguard the device against voltage irregularities. In the event of
damage to the power board or related components caused by uneven voltage
or current, the warranty will not apply. Additionally, any unauthorized
tampering or alteration of the projector or its software will void the
warranty.
- Maintenance
Negligence: Regular self-maintenance is required to keep the
projector functioning optimally. Customers are responsible for cleaning
the dust filter and performing general maintenance, such as dust cleaning
from the bottom cover, as outlined in the user manual. Failure to follow
proper care instructions can lead to poor heat dissipation, which may
cause screen issues and other malfunctions. These issues, resulting from
improper maintenance, will not be covered under warranty.
- OTT Apps and Updates: Android smart projectors from Wzatco come preloaded with a selection of apps and provide access to the Play Store, allowing users to download additional apps. There is also an option to sideload apps via USB. Please note that the preloaded apps have been specifically lab-tested and customized to work seamlessly with Wzatco projectors. For optimal performance, these preloaded apps should not be updated. Updating them may cause functionality issues, such as apps failing to open. If this happens, we recommend uninstalling the app and performing a factory reset of the device. Reinstalling the correct version of the app may resolve the issue; however, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the correct app version is installed and properly tested. Wzatco can provide assistance and firmware updates if needed. However, customers will not be able to claim warranty for issues related to non-working apps after an update, as warranty does not cover app-related malfunctions under these circumstances. Wzatco will not be held responsible for any claims made by the customer regarding non-functional apps.
- Additionally, when it comes to screen mirroring, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi connectivity, certain mobile devices may have interoperability issues with our projectors. If one or two devices fail to pair or certain functionalities do not work as expected, this will not be covered under warranty. In such cases, customers are advised to check device compatibility, and warranty claims will not be accepted for these issues.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Regular
Maintenance: Wzatco strongly advises customers to perform routine
maintenance as outlined in the user manual. This includes cleaning the air
filters, checking for dust buildup, and ensuring proper ventilation.
Neglecting these maintenance tasks may result in system overheating and
subsequent issues that will not be covered under warranty.
- Proper
Usage: The projector should be used in a controlled environment
that aligns with the recommended operating conditions. Avoid exposure to
extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, or any physical impact that
could result in damage. Ensure the device is positioned on a stable
surface and that all cables and connections are handled properly.
4. Warranty Claim Process
In the event that a defect arises that falls within the
terms of this warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact
Wzatco customer support via [support@wzatco.com].
- Provide
proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the product serial
number.
- Describe
the issue in detail and follow the troubleshooting steps recommended by
our support team.
- If
necessary, ship the projector to the designated service center as
instructed by Wzatco, with all shipping charges covered by the customer
unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
Wzatco’s liability under this warranty is limited to the
repair or replacement of defective parts. Wzatco shall not be liable for any
incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the
projector. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits,
or any other financial loss.
6. Warranty Duration
The warranty is valid for a period of [1 year] from the
original date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. After the warranty
period expires, any repairs or services required will be at the customer’s
expense.
7. Shipping Charges
Wzatco will assist the customer by arranging the pickup of
the projector directly from the customer’s doorstep. Please note that the
customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for both the pickup (to
Wzatco) and the return (back to the customer).
In the event that a customer reports an issue covered under
warranty, but upon testing at the Wzatco office, the reported issue is not
found, the customer will still be responsible for both the to-and-fro shipping
charges.
8. Final Notes
- This
warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Any
modifications, repairs, or maintenance carried out by unauthorized third
parties will void the warranty.
- Wzatco
reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without
prior notice. Any updates will be made available on our official website.
